After comparing over 10 design candidates under targeted operating conditions, we finalized the optimal propeller design. Additionally, X carbon uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to simulate the structural behavior of the propeller by incorporating load distribution analysis from fluid simulations.

Fix the propellers securely onto the motors using nylon nuts (Nylok). Ensure the blades are evenly spread apart and verify that the propellers are properly installed.
